    While stationed in Hawaii, a member then of Schofield Lodge, when the dress code called for tuxedo, I always wore a kilt and a PC. I never asked if it was OK, I just wore it.

    I now live in California and continue this reasoning. When a tuxedo is called for, I wear my PC.

    No problems!!!

    There are many ways to get a PC without spending a bundle! One good way is to get an ex-rental tail coat and cut it down into a PC.

    You should be able to do this for well under $100.00 :

    Ex-rental coat = $30
    Alterations = $40

    Class coat = $70

    Go for it!

    Thanks Bro. Any idea where to find an ex-rental? I've seen a few PCs on ebay in the $150 range, but I dont know it I want to shell out $150 for a low quality P.C. At any rate, the argyle and vest will work fine for now, I know its not as formal, but it still looks a lot nicer than most tuxes I see.
