I hear news stories today that that wienie Trump is back at it trying to build his trophy golf course right through Farmer Forbes' property again.

He says that he's doing it because his mommy was Scottish.

Hang it up, Trump. Go home and build your course in your back yard.

Gee... what's with all the petulant name calling? This sounds more like sour grapes than reasoned argument. If this represents the level of opposition to Trump's planned golf course then I'm all for bulldozing Mr. Forbes' cottage and turning his farm into the back nine.

Maybe... I honestly can't recall. But as this subject inevitably seems to be one of those "us" vs. "them" things, maybe it's time to call a halt to "all things Trump" and ask the Moderators to place an embargo on this subject.

Seemingly "the Donald" as he is called here had never heard of the Scottish "Right to Roam" legislation and didn't realise people could wander at will over the golf course etc.. I think he was originally hoping to build a gated community like they have in the States, he will have to think again. If he does get the go-ahead it will make a complete mockery of similar Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI's) which were regarded as sacrosanct, especially when it is just to build a golf course on and nothing of vital importance.
