    Kilt or a skirt?

OK, so I thought I got a great deal on a Buchanan kilt, except when it arrive it looks like a skirt.

I'm asking for your expert opinion to let me know if I'm correct (and I got ripped) or I'm wrong and this is an odd kilt.

Well.. it has the general appearance of a kilt, but from what I can see the pleats do look awfully shallow.

If the two outer straps are on the right side = kilt, if on the left side = skirt.

Kilts also usually have a lining that comes anywhere from four-ish to ten-ish inches from the waistband.

Standard, the over apron goes to the left, instead of the right, and the straps are about 1" wide.

That plus the shallow pleats, and the fact that pleats are not pleated to any pattern, makes me think that it's a skirt.

Irish Godfather, where in SC do you reside?

That's what I thought. I'm thinking bout contacting the sellar and see what they'll do for me, since this was misrepresented.

I just realized that I hijacked my own thread, is that allowed?
