Wife got my best side LOL:

Due to thunderstorms, we left early.
For yet another festival, I saw you and didn't realize it was you. This will sound strange but there was someone else at the festival who looked more like you (head shot in your avatar) than you do.
That was some thunderstorm wasn't it? We stayed through it as we had cover under the one stage tent. The Flying Cows of Ventry handled it great as they kept playing the whole time, even when the power was killed. The next line of thunderstorms to sweep through did send us home though. We had a very hard time getting out of the parking area which was a giant muddy mess.

The show was exactly the same size as last year with, I believe, the exact same music lineup as well (not a bad thing.) I assume the performers got paid this year as they weren't asking for tips. At an admission cost of $15 a person, I would certainly hope they could put on a successful event. If not they should study every other Celtic festival around the area, many of which charge less admission, to learn how they do it. The program this year mentions the date for next year's event and it shows two days. I also heard the one announcer mention they were going to try for a two day event next year and they wanted to add highland games.
