I am pleased to see that you are being refunded the price you paid, but this is just one more example of how frequently items are wrongly described on Ebay - I have stopped looking there at kilts for that very reason. So often one sees a kilt being offered but when one looks closely at the enlarged photo it is clear that it is a woman's garment.
Sellers should learn that women do not wear kilts - they wear kilted skirts. There IS a difference.
