    Good question. That'd be about 22inches, and that looks to be much bigger than 22inches. I could be wrong though, or perhaps the measurement is taken somewhere other than around the chest.

    I'm unsure of the comparison, but it's not a mens 56 chest I can tell you that. Otherwise I would be wearing it. My best guess is it's about a medium. I haven't measured it.
