Throws are -eh ok--knee is coming along
Here's what I hit at last practice (my wife was measuring BEFORE she began drinking beer )
Open stone (17lbs) 35 ft.
Braemer (22 lbs) 29 ft
WFD 28 lbs (mine is actually 24 lbs) 46 ft
WFD 56 lbs (55 lbs) 18 ft (I too damned small for this!--I wind up searching for my kibbles after each toss)
Heavy Hammer (22 lbs) 33 ft (see excuse above)
Light Hammer (16 lbs) 43 ft.
WOB 56lbs--sad 9 '--(see 'kibbles' comment above)
Here's the gist. I think my form/technique on the stones and 28 # WFD is my saving grace.
The knee rehab is showing in the torque needed for hammers. As for heavy WOB--hey it is what it is until I can REALLY train on it I guess.
Here's the question: Does this look like I'm on track ( 43 yrs old, 185 lbs) ?
