Are you referring to Garfield? Could be copyright issues doing that, otherwise cats are difficult to hold still while the molding material cures. And then, there's all that cat hair.
Non-reptilians thus far have been a length of tree branch & a duck's head. I've done the tree branch. And the duck head - I have the model, just not made a mold yet. It's a ruddy duck, so not too large. See photos below.
I've cast lotsa items, many aren't useful sgian handles. I cast multiple clan badges, so now I don't need to switch them almost contantly.
One thought was to cast a cigar as a sgian handle... could color them as maduro or candela wrappers. Sure would hate to waste a good cigar tho'.
I've been kept busy casting snakeheads and assembling sgians with them. That's what I'll be doing this afternoon. I think I've fallen into an open niche and the only way to get out is to fill it.
