These cravats, a.k.a. scrunch ties, a.k.a. ruche ties, are essentially impossible to locate in the US. You'll need to purchase one from the UK. You could try "scrunch or ruche ties" as a new search description - perhaps that'll make a difference.
In the US kilted formalwear market, they simply haven't caought on.
I picked mine up last year over there and for some peculiar reason they are not inexpensive.
