I'm not addicted. I can quit looking at the forum any time I want. Why, on average, I step away from the forum several times a day, so I can't be addicted.

I don't have a problem. Really. I'm not in denial. The men's washroom at the office is a perfectly fine place to catch up on posts in between tasks. It's just being efficient, that's all.
