Pretty bad when you start jonesing over just the knowledge that there will be some new tartans added to the sale list, but can't wait for the new ones to be announced. Is that some kind of "pre-jones"? "Curiosity jones"? "Anticipation jones"? "Expectation jones"? Just what do you call that?

Forrester, I was thinking about what this would be called, and I kept coming around to pre-pre-jones.
Pre-pre-jones would be when you know something new may be offered, but don't know when. This causes visiting the web site a minimum of once per day. You may notice some trembling in your fingers as you type in the URL or click on the bookmark. Sweating frequently develops in the palms as you scroll up and down the pages looking for whats new.
Next comes Pre-jones. The new items have been added, but you haven't placed an order. Then the all too familiar jonesing - face pressed against the window waiting for the postman, or camping out underneath the mailbox.
