Anyone who would take offense or get upset by you wearing a kilt doesn't know the first thing about,... oh, take your pick:
a. the Commonwealth;
b. NZ history;
c. the Commonwealth;
d. your family history;
e. the Commonwealth;
f. 20th century military history; and
g. the Commonwealth.
Oh, did I mention the Commonwealth?
Kilts are a large part of our Commonwealth military history. Who on earth could have a problem with that on ANZAC day?
Sorry, maybe there are some political intricacies here that I've missed, being a Canuck and all. But, this is just my personal opinion. If you wear it, remember - pics!
