I cannot do without kilt straps and buckles. Not when regimental.

I guess that some kind of garters for the hose are a must. It seems like I almost always wear hose with my tartan, traditional looking kilts.
With my canvas kilt... I'm not sure.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Hmmm...I can go without them all. Prefer to go without a sporran, using a jacket or vest instead. Never wear a belt anymore, letting the kilt straps do the work they were intended to do. Usually without a sgian dubh because of where I work. Often without pulled up kilt hose and flashes in hot weather.
Maybe kilt pin, since I always wear a kilt pin unless I'm having to do the TSA dance at the airport.

I just can't go without a sporran as several have already stated. I just don't feel right without hose and flashes no matter if dressed up or down for the day.

Sporran and hose, plus flashes or garters are my must-haves.

What's with this "key" nonsense?

Just tell your footman to wait in the hall for your return. Sheesh!

Or one could always have one's personal assistant carry the keys.
