    I would have to give that a definite maybe (lol). I've worn red flashes or garters with my olive Amerikilt, but I was wearing a white shirt, black hose and the only other color was the red background on my USMC belt buckle. Sporran and belt were black. It worked, even tho a red shirt does NOT work. I think if I had a colored shirt of any color, they would not have worked. I have green, blue red and black flashes and garters, and one of them always works.
