    They look very nice, but I don't think I'd pay 135 pounds ($192) for them. I'd be interested in trying them on, though. I've never had custom-made shoes.

    For my current financial situation, the price is a bit much. In the distant past I have worn hand-made, custom fitted (a cast was made of my feet, then the last was carved using the casts as a pattern) by a Mexican bootmaker. They were wonderful! I haven't had a pair of shoes fit properly since he died some 40+ years ago. If you can afford the tarrif, then I say, go for it. They would look great with a kilt!
