The pair I bought cost me $120, but I have never had a blister or a red spot on my feet. It also helps to buy a pair that's big enough to wear a pair of lightweight sneaker socks _under_ your kilt hose. Provides cushioning for your feet, and your kilt hose won't wear out as fast in the toes or heels.
