    Hand-knit hose will be thicker. This will add a bit of "bulk" to your legs.

    Find someone (or pay someone) to knit you some thick, chunky cableknit hose.

    That should do the trick.

    A friend of ours is an MP in Scotland. His wife has the person who knits his kilt hose double the thickness in the back through the calf, giving the look of more calf muscle. Pretty smart if you ask me.

    calf Pads

    Calf pads spare blushes of Germany's 'sparrow legs' so reports a British new paper. Silicon pads that fill out your hose or you could just stick a sock in it.
