But then, I kinda like that this is our own little niche and is seen as quirky! A friend of mine once complained that every time she started wearing some kind of style that wasn't mainstream, it became the "in" fashion within a few years... and she'd have to find something new to differentiate herself from the sheep of the world.
Kilts might still be a bit much for some people to handle. Even if they were available at WalMart.
