SWK's Delivery System
If you read Jerry's site, he says that he uses USPS Priority Mail. I find that unbeleavable looking at the USPS past performance in package delivery. The real truth is, in his shipping department he has a black hole time / space twister thing that they throw the package into, and "POOF" it's on it's way! I think I'm going to have to move my mailbox to my porch, behind the Rubbermaid rocking chair that is there, as that is where I always find my boxes from Jerry.
A two to three day turn around time is normal, and as others have posted here, his customer service is, IMHO, second to none. If there is a problem, just let them know, and they will do everything in their power to correct it and make it right. You can't ask for anything more.
Cheers, :soda:

Ummm... I just got a kilt in the mail.
I didn't even order one.
It fits like a glove and it looks great.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

No pictures, it's just a figment of our imagination! LOL

Now THAT's service!
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.

Love the new McDonald Standard and sent Jerry asking when he might get some 52's in stock. To my pleasant surprise, it was less than 20 minutes till he answered me back, promising an e-mail when they come in.
If his e-mail reply is any indication, the service you always hear about is true.
I might just be on my way to my second kilt!
I have a MacDonald Standard from Stillwater. You will love it! Is it a custom made to measure kilt? No, but for the money I don't think you'll find a better fitting or better looking kilt on the market.
Do not hesitate to buy from Jerry! He's fast and his service is excellent. If he notices something is wrong before he ships or you're not satsified after you receive your order he will make it right or more than right! I ordered a standard kilt belt from him not too long ago and before he shipped he noticed the last one in my size was damaged. He gave me an upgrade to the embossed belt for no additional charge!

I dunno
I ordered a thrifty leatherneck for my soon-to-be brother in law and it took 4 days from order to delivery.

That was probably the week that your mail carriers battery went dead in his GPS unit

Jerry told me he has another heavyweight tartan on the way. Wouldn't tell me what it is though. Can't wait to see what he's got.
