Its novel to see men wearing shorts for SCD, never see that in Scotland, not that you see many kilts either.
My SCD class is finished for the summer starts again mid October. I hope to go back again as it is brilliant exercise, but will be subject to finding a new partner as my last session's partner is leaving the area.
