From my limited experience, whenever x-markers get together there is always a lot of fun. So thinking along those lines:-

    A frolic of x-markers.

    A celebration of x-markers.

    A soiree of x-markers.

Other than that, a sett of x-markers sounds good too.

    I like a "frolic".
Perhaps we could have two nouns. If the Eskimos can have multiple words for snow, why can't we have multiple words to refer to ourselves, especially in different situations? One could be for serious times, and the other for not-serious times. If we attended a funeral together, we could be a sett of X-Markers. At a games or pub we could be a frolic of X-Markers.

By the way, I aoplogize for not getting to talk with you (Peter C.) Saturday at Gatlinburg, but I'm glad you were in my group pictures.
