    I don't know if these are still worn by the RHR. A search for previous threads would probably result in better information.

    I would just reinforce this, they are worn by Officers and SNCOS in SCOTS.

    From a practicallity point of view they are a pain to clean once stained and, at least with the ones I have experience of are only a decoration not used to tie the front and back of the kilt apron together
