The La Plata Mountains of Southwest Colorado. If I could only afford to live there.

My favorite kilt is my Colorado state tartan kilt. You know why? Because it represents my utopia. I have been all over the US, and there is no place I would rather be. I have my mountains. I can go there almost any time I want and find a nice lake to fish in. I can find places to camp. The summers aren't extremely hot, the winters are fairly mild, the trout are plump and juicy, the scenery is beautiful, and there are plenty of trains for me to chase. There's nothing else I want out of a home really!

Yes, I can't think of any other planet I'd rather live on.

Although there are lots of places where I would like to visit and vacation, too many to name here, I like it just fine right where i am, my new home in Louisville, KY,. USA. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, so I visit the other side when I am in need of a taste of a little greener grass, but I always come home for comfort and rest and real peace.
If you are not happy where you live why do you live there?

It's where I chose to make my home, and I wouldn't be anywhere else, but kilted evenings May-July are best spent in a windy spot

I say I'd like to consider Earth my Utopia. I want to get lost there someday.

Does that mean I've got my utopia... I'm retired and my 38' Class A motorhome's welcome mat says, "Home Is Where We Park It" (currently in Tennessee next to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park), where I recently received my newest kilt, a USA Casual Kilt. It's in the box in the picture below, on the steps of my RV just above the welcome mat.
