Doesn’t get in to the single digits here in Tennessee, but does drop below freezing at times, and I don’t get cold. I think I read somewhere that you will stay warmer in a kilt than pants. The idea was you aren’t separating your legs by fabric; therefore you retain more of the body heat between them.
