Very well, then. Let's say that you were challenged and under contract to put together a contemporary outfit. No tweeds or tartans. What would your ensemble include? I'll see if I can get David into something that's more appealing to your tastes. You do, after all, have good taste.

I am very intrigued by the challenge that Rex has thrown down

If circumstances required a staunch traditionalist like our friend Jock Scot to come up with a Modern/Contemporary kilt outfit what would he choose?

The easy way out is too decline.

But there is a wealth of knowledge here on XMTS about Modern/Contemporary kilts.

Jock does have good taste

I for one would be fascinated to see if Jock could outmatch our modernists at their own game.
