But the OP's original pic has the stripes reversed, or so it lokks to me. The M of H shown above has the yellow stripe in the green and the red stripe in the blue. The OP shows just the opposite. So what does that make it? Made in Pakistan?

Ummm... I think you're right. It's SIMILAR to Farquharson (yellow through green, Red through Blue), but it's an ABAC tartan with the red coming only every other section. After looking more closely, I argee that it's NOT MacLeod.
