Thanks for posting these beautiful photos. I see now why you're in the tourism business. 
The answer is yes they are different species.Most of the yellow trees are Silver Birch,the red-ish ones are the Mountain Ash(Rowan),I can see Alder and Oak too.As to the green softwoods I can see Scots Pine,and Sitka Spruce.In another,later, picture you will see a large dose of dark green Sitka with splodges of yellow, that will be Larch.
