Can the ladies join in on this?

I have been a steady 178 give or take 3 pounds for the last 7+ years. I would LOVE to go down a few sizes.
I am working on the smaller meals, and have learned that fasting one day a week, or even once a month can help one with the smaller meals. I just need to stay away from the Buffets. *sigh*
Good thing is that I know how to take things in. <G>

That's impressive, fruit is God's gift the men of substance. Good idea about no carbs late and tomatoes and cucumber sound delicious.
