    Ali, check with the folks at Edinburgh Castle Scottish Imports located at 124 South Main Street Salt Lake City, they are good folks to work with-at least they've always treated me right. Their main rental kilts are the Black Watch and the Royal Stewart. They have a limited number of kilts in the Gordan and MacDonald tartan.

    Getting hubby to try the kilt is but a small step-we need to convert him!!

    Sounds like you have received plenty of good advice. There is not much I can add.

    The ball should make it easier for your husband to be comfortable in a kilt. It is always easier to go out kilted the first time with others kilted, than it is to do it by yourself.
