I was going to say that if budget permits, consider a USAK semi-trad or the Skye 8-yard poly-viscose. Those would be made to measure, and will fit you exactly, and will "dress up" very nicely.
The only "catch" to the SWK wool kilts is that they have a "standard" waist/hip ratio and a single length. If your hip measurement is within 6 inches if your waist, it should fit well, and it's a bargain. If not, I strongly recommend something made to your measurements, even if it's the USAK/Skye casual.
The length of the SWK is 24 inches total. It can be hemmed if you need a shorter length. It will have the same, more traditional look of the higher-yardage PV kilts.
