My lovely wife and I live in Fitchburg. We routinely eat at the Old Mill - usually in the pub. Very kilt friendly environment. In fact, once or twice a month the pub has an entertainer named Jeremy Bell who plays celtic music - usually on a Friday night. Jeremy is a Scottish emigrant who often performs wearing the kilt and he delights in seeing other kilties in the audience.
While living in Hudson, did you ever venture over to the Old Timer Pub and Restaurant in Clinton? It is an Irish, kilt-friendly establishment that has a bang-up Saint Paddy's Day.
Perhaps sometime when you are down from Maine we could arrange to have a kilted night out at the Old Mill, the Old Timer, or another establishment?
