    Yep, it looks like he beat me (note to self get white hose) still it`s good to see our MPPs showing their pride. Edit; some research shows the kilted gentleman as Bill Murdoch of Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound constituency. It was he who sponsored the bill to set aside April 6th as Tartan Day in Ontario. Thank you Mr Murdoch.
