Wow. A 4 inch pocket knife is a weapon in her vernacular.

Reckon what she'd think of a Marine's bare hands?

Around where I live a 4 inch pocket knife isn't a weapon...it's a tool for opening things like boxes and envelopes. And castrating calves.
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.

    Better get out of Dodge!
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Not trying to take away the funny ... but ...

It could be that HR was concerned about a lawsuit for firing someone without good reason. So, they headed that off by adding more reasons to keep the individual from trying to say the dismissal was not justified.

Another sign of the stupidity of people. So many idiots want to work at an employer that doesn't want them there that they will sue that company to make them keep them employed! That makes for such an enjoyable work environment for everyone.
