Hmmm here in my slice of Canuckistan it is supposedly illegal to pick up roadkill animals for their fur unless one has a trapper's licence. At least I was warned off doing that in my fly tieing days, regaled with all too believable stories about huge fines and court costs. The Scots lady has developed quite a decent way for anyone to get a full mask sporran; the Canadian law was obviously not imposed for humane reasons. We get the ratty mink things I already posted about.
