When looking at one of the additional listings they seem to extend the offer to other aqailable tartans not listed for the same ebay pricing. Worth following up on for sure.

Not quite the same price but they are at a considerable discount. I am in the middle of negotiating a 16oz/8yard Weathered Graham of Mentieth for approximately the same price as another company's 5 yard in the same weave. I was skeptical too but a lot of looking has given me reason to believe that the offer is genuine and that they do exceptional work. Tartanweb has been recommended to me before. Hand stitched doesn't matter too much to me, just the durability, fit, and beauty of the finished kilt.
