I am now suffering from double jonesing
First jonesing for the Tartan to be made,
and then I will be jonesing while the kilt is being made

So the lesson is that, if you want something very, very special, you will have to wait for it (and shell out the $$$$ for it)...and that's what makes it special.

Perhaps you should take up knitting to take your mind off the wait...you could knit some kilt hose to go along with the new kilt.
