Wow got an email today from Frances at Redshank to say that my kilt will be in the post on Monday That's it now I'm going into over drive just about fit to burst cant wait

According to Frances up at Redshank theres is one completed kilt in a size 41 waist 26 drop a full 9 yards of material in this Harris tweed Isle of Sky and thats it no more will be made as the old dear who owns the patent will not allow it to be made again silly old moo

I am guessing she doesn't like the tweed version and so has retracted her permission for it to be woven in tweed.

No that's not correct, she is asking for royalties at a price per yard that puts the price of the finished article at a very high price
