I was unsure as I sometimes have difficulty seeing the ancient version of red online.

Like the pictures, Oddern. I like the blending of cultures with the kilt being worn with the bunad.
People tend to forget that many Scots settled in Norway, including an ancestor of Edvard Grieg.

Wow!! I didn't know that. I'm impressed of your knowledge about the great norwegian composer. I looked it up, and it was Edvard Grieg's great grandfather who came from Scotland i 1770 and settled in Bergen, Norway. The name Grieg comes from the Scottish name Greig.

The best boss I have ever had was a Scot from Biggar named Sandy Greig.
His South African-born son Tony was captain of England cricket at about the time I worked for Sandy.
What surprised me was the number of people I met who presumed that Sandy must be a descendant of a Norwegian Grieg!

Mike
