I prefer the term "geek" personally. Indeed, I have a navy blue t-shirt with that single word on it that I often wear with my Scottish National kilt.

I like 'geek' as well. So much, that I have the screen name 'Geek' on a particular Online Service. I have that same shirt - wife bought if for XMAS one year and she has one that says 'I Live My Geek'

Heh. My lass and I used to teach together and one holiday season I had her for the "secret santa" gift exchange...and I bought her that "I Heart My Geek" shirt for her gift. Kinda blew our cover...

I like the Triforce idea for a sporran. Combine that with some Celtic knots and you're good to go...
