Ora Rice was the daughter-in-law to James Rice.

I found that Ora's maiden name (this is would be my wife's Great Grandmother) is Ingram. Another clue!

Interesting stuff. My G-Grandma is listed as None Marie Rice from Kentucky. However, I am deviled if I can find her anywhere. At first I thought it was a misspelling of the first name, but that is how it is listed on my grandfather's birth certificate. If you come across that odd name let me know. I would like to continue building her line.
