Reversable Sporran Idea

I don't know how this would work but how about a plain sporran with detacheable front panel held on by small press studs then you could make several front panels to change the look of the sporran.

What a great idea! I had thought of something similar, but I couldn't think of how to attach the panel. And Kilt-alope, I like your idea too. It sounds like it will probably work, and I hope you try it out!

How about a series of sticky-backed pictures of sporrans? Just slap your choice of the moment on the front of your kilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incorporate a couple of steel strips onto the plain sporren then use flexible rubber magnetic material to hold the interchangeable front on. Like a fridge magnet. Just don't put your credit cards or mobile phone in the sporran! Orrrr. Velcro.
