Congratulations ChubRock. I am still stuck at the 270 mark, occasionally dropping to 265 then creeping back up. Kilts still fit. Good thing---would cost an arm and a leg to alter all mine. Good news is that cycling season finally is here and my bikes are calling. This is how my goal of 255 will be achieved I believe.

    Put me down for 60lbs.

    I lost 70 last year.

This year I'm expecting some slowdown. Overall I'm 120lbs down from my heaviest weight of 440lbs. I'm in the 3-teens now, but I'm lifting again and have my diet in order.

Glad everyone is doing so well!!!

I had some ups and downs due to health issues but am doing great. I've lost about 30lbs so far and I'm on track to be at my healthy weight in late June or early July. I'm really happy.

I had to sell my wedding Kilt because I have lost so much weight that there wasn't even a way to alter it and make it fit anymore.

I will send my Kathy Lare kilt for an adjustment, but the rest of the UKs and Stillwaters have to move on.

    How goes everyones health journey?

Very nice! Now the REALLY hard yet worthwhile part...keeping it off! All the best, mate. I know how tough that can be.
