The outfit looks great. Just two points:

1) I agree that the sporran is too low. Depending on what you put in there, it's going to go down all on its own. Start high.

What do you mean by running? Just the emergency hop when you're late for class, or do you plan to race in it? If the latter, put it to the side on your hip, or skip it all together till after the race.

2) I don't see your flashes. You might have them too far back. I think the usual advice here is 10:00 and 2:00.

Now the crucial element.... what tartan is it, and where did you get it?
