American Heritage. I love the look of the tartan and it can go with anything.

Go with US Navy! When someone asks you what Tartan you are wearing you have a story to tell them and when other Navy people see you in it they greet you right away like a brother!

I'm thinking of purchasing a kilt from them too. I'm going through the same conundrum as you with tartan choices, though I have a little less on my current list. I have bombarded Rocky with questions, and feel bad for doing so, however, keep in mind that regardless, it's a lot of money, YOUR MONEY, and you just want to choose the right thing. I understand. AND not to add to your confusion, but I do like the Clark tartan too. I was just looking at various tartans today, ( I always check out my friends tartans, by last name) and I came across the Clark Tartan. Very nice pattern, and shades of Blue, White and Black. But ultimately, I think they'd all look great! Good Luck Man!

From those choices, I too am for the American Heritage tartan.
