Let me know if you will be able to make it down for the Feast and we'll set up a meet.

Feast is pretty special to me. I was a participant in '98 and attended before that. My old unit won't be there this year.
We are planning on being there Saturday. I think it will be really good as a family activity.
    Definitely interested in a meet!

We're safely here. Just got internet. Big kid is in school & thriving. Wife starts work next week. I'm still looking. Survived the flooding just fine, but the town is the cause for the disaster declaration.
Wearing kilts regularly and to school today. We'll see if the kid gets harassed.
    No Feast/no money.
I've missed everyone this last month.

My great-grandfather was born in Santa Clause and lived a few more years in Troy.

There are some great things about this state. Mostly, we're enjoying the benefits of being near a major city: Flogging Molly on the radio, a wealth of restaurants, activities every weekend, and a completely different mindset.
Kilting has not been an issue. In fact, I saw a minivan in a parking lot with an "Up Yer Kilt" sticker.
Oh yeah... we have a Cabela's near us too! Lucky me!
Looking forward to going to work to save for my SWK Standard.
