    Welcome from Dickson, TN! Like many of us, I have Irish, Scot, English, German, possibly Welsh and who knows what else? You don't have to be of the proper ancestry to wear a kilt, you just gotta do it! (Although I will admit to possibly being a wee bit prouder of the Scots-Irish blood.)
