I'm not really sure how it's laid out down there is "Tucson" (sorry for the misprint before)
We can pick a vendor and a time or a beer tent. Either way is good with me. Maybe the Utilikilt Tent at 1:00? I'm just throwing a time out there, I have no clue. We plan to hit the Ostrich farm on the way down there for a few minutes but other than that we should be there around noon hopefully.

So has anyone decided on when/where we can meet?
I know we still have two weeks left but might as well hash out the plans now so we can spread the word.
Is there more than one beer tent? Should we pick a vendor to meet in front of? How does 1:00pm sound to everyone? Thoughts?

The Village Pub sounds like a good meeting spot. Let's say between 1:00 and 1:15 unless anyone else needs to move that time to a little later.

Sadly, I can't make it this year. My sister & her brood are coming in from out-of-state Oct. 30th - Nov. 4th, with a BIG family gathering up in Camp Verde on Nov. 1st (a cousin has a large historic homestead there). Sorry, but blood family comes before kilt family.
Sounds like theres a fine line-up of merchants this year. I'm sure you lads will have a grand time. I'll be looking forward to the stories & pictures

Maybe time to bring this forward again- meet 1-1:15 at the Village Pub? I'll be there with my daughter and her young man, I would relish the opportunity to meet some other X-markers. Not sure of my attire yet (but I promise to be clothed and kilted) for almost sure I'll have my black balmoral with the little red toorie on top.

I'll be there throwing on Sat, in the B class. We'll probably be heading up to Phoenix right after the games, but come by and see me on the field.

Yep. Between 1:00 and 1:15 at the village pub.
Also KFP we still plan on joining you at your local pub after the games that evening if you still plan on going.
I'm getting really anxious now.
I'll make sure to stop by and say hello and thank you as well Yaish. You've provided many great tips and advice over the last months for Athletics. Good Luck in the games as well!

Not going to make it this year, that darn work thing in the way, but Yaish if your coming to Phoenix try and come by the Tilted Kilt in Peoria. It's at 83rd Ave and Bell rd. on Sunday I am the asst. Kitchen manager there and would love to meet you. I also believe I owe you a beer.
