I was overlooked in the "legs" dept. as well. Both of my Stillwater heavyweights are custom 22". The nice thing about getting the custom was that, when I ordered the hunting MacRae, I was able to get it pleated to the stripe instead of the sett, which, for this tartan, looks really sharp.

My son, 11, has a black shadow that he ordered months ago and may never wear. It's like the special chair for company that no one ever gets to sit it -- including company -- or Nigel Tufnel's blue Fender Stratocaster in Spinal Tap that is so perfect, it will never be played.

I tried to get him to wear it St. Paddy's but he wants to wear his Buchanan thrifty "because it's loud." He says, when the time is right for the black shadow, he'll know it.
