    High rise kilts

    Terry, I remember someone in another thread talking about painful backs and what to wear with the kilt. I wear all my kilts high waisted, and I also have an extremely bad back - I find that when wearing the kilt, it has the same effect as a 'back brace' and helps my back enormously.
    This was not intended, it was a happy by product of my kilt makers insistence that this was the 'correct' way to make and wear a kilt. HER WORDS, not mine - so don't all jump at me at once.
