My wife forwarded me this message, sent to her by her cousin Katy. Katy is well known for her abrasivness and BIG mouth. She thinks my kilts are 'cool.' From this it seems as she defended on my behalf. Enjoy, I did. It made my day as a matter of fact.

hey that you might get a laugh out of this..its kinda long thats why im msging you..anyways so im standing outside of my class today waiting for it to start and theres a couple of people from my class as well...well anyways this older guy (mid 50's) walks by and hes wearing a kilt..well of course everybody is laughin at him and sayin "*** why id that dude wearing a skirt" i turned and looked at them and said....well actually its a kilt..not a skirt...and if you actually had a mind that wasnt so closed maybe you would know that....it must suck to have been born and raised in west texas with no culture......hahaaaa it was awesome...felt good...just thought you might like that story! love you!

Nice. A bit abrasive, yes, but cool that she defended the kilt to a bunch of people who wanted to laugh instead of think.

That's abrasive? Sounded almost polite to me. But then, you probably wouldn't appreciate hearing some of the choice comments I come up with when I get my dander up.
